About Us
Daedalean is a Zürich-based startup founded by seasoned engineers dedicated to revolutionizing air travel within the next decade. We integrate computer vision, deep learning, and robotics to develop full “level-5” autonomy for flying vehicles.
Your Role
In this position, you will lead the planning and execution of our most complex cross-team projects. You will collaborate with technical leads and the product team to translate new initiatives into robust project plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the execution of project plans through ongoing progress tracking, managing dependencies, and resolving roadblocks.
- Establishing a trustworthy rapport with all stakeholders while holding them accountable for their commitments.
- Reviewing requirements and implementing simple technical solutions as needed.
- Contributing your experience to advance the TPM practice and tooling at Daedalean.
- Ensuring project commitments are met.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successful and timely project delivery, including financial and technical commitment under uncertainty.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects under tight deadlines, including coordination with external parties like contractors and suppliers.
- Delivery and certification experience from the aviation industry (PDR, CDR, SOI#1/2/3/4, etc.).
- BSc in a technical discipline.
- Solid understanding of common project management methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to synthesize diverse opinions into a shared goal.
- Data-driven mindset combined with a hands-on attitude.
