About Us

Daedalean is a Zürich-based startup founded by experienced engineers who aim to revolutionize air travel over the next decade. We leverage computer vision, deep learning, and robotics to develop full “level-5” autonomy for flying vehicles.

Your Role

In this position, you will lead the planning and execution of our most complex cross-team projects. Collaborate with technical leads and the product team to translate new initiatives into robust project plans. You will drive the execution of those plans by tracking progress, managing dependencies, and resolving roadblocks.

Establish a trustworthy rapport with all stakeholders while holding them accountable for committed deliverables. You should be ready to delve into reviewing requirements or implementing simple technical solutions when necessary. Your commitment to project timelines and deliverables will be crucial. Additionally, you will contribute your experience to advance the TPM practice and tooling at Daedalean. Your mission: get things done.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful and timely project delivery, demonstrating financial and technical commitment under ambiguity.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects under tight deadlines, including collaboration with external parties such as contractors and suppliers.
• Delivery and certification experience from the aviation industry (PDR, CDR, SOI#1/2/3/4, etc.).
• BSc in a technical discipline.
• Solid understanding of common project management methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to synthesize strong opinions into a shared goal.
• Data-driven mindset combined with a hands-on attitude.
