Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of our most complex cross-team projects. Collaborating with technical leads and the product team, you will translate new initiatives into robust project plans. You will drive the implementation of these plans through ongoing progress tracking, managing dependencies, and resolving roadblocks. Building and maintaining a trustworthy rapport with all stakeholders is essential, while also holding them accountable for their committed deliverables. Should the need arise, you will actively engage in reviewing requirements or implementing simple technical solutions. Your commitment to project outcomes is crucial as you contribute your experience to advance the TPM practice and tooling at Daedalean.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful and timely project delivery, including financial and technical commitments under ambiguity.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects under tight deadlines, including collaboration with external parties such as contractors and suppliers.
• Delivery and certification experience from the aviation industry (PDR, CDR, SOI#1/2/3/4, etc.).
• BSc in a technical discipline.
• Solid understanding of common project management methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to synthesize strong opinions into a shared goal.
• Data-driven mindset combined with a hands-on attitude.
