About Us

Your Role
In this position, you will lead the planning and execution of our most complex cross-team projects. Collaborating closely with technical leads and the product team, you will translate new initiatives into robust project plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the execution of project plans through ongoing progress tracking.
- Managing dependencies and resolving roadblocks that may arise.
- Establishing a trustworthy rapport with all stakeholders while ensuring accountability for committed deliverables.
- Engaging in requirements review and implementing simple technical solutions as needed.
- Contributing your experience to advance the TPM practice and tooling at Daedalean.

Requirements
- Proven track record of successful and timely project delivery, including financial and technical commitments under ambiguity.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects under tight deadlines, including collaboration with external parties such as contractors and suppliers.
- Delivery and certification experience in the aviation industry (PDR, CDR, SOI#1/2/3/4, etc.).
- BSc in a technical discipline.
- Solid understanding of common project management methodologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to synthesize diverse opinions into shared goals.
- Data-driven mindset complemented by a hands-on attitude.
