Your Role

As a key player in our organization, you will lead the planning and execution of our most complex cross-team projects. Collaborate with technical leads and the product team to translate new initiatives into comprehensive project plans. You will drive the execution of these plans through ongoing progress tracking, managing dependencies, and resolving roadblocks. Developing a trustworthy rapport with all stakeholders while holding them accountable for their commitments is essential. In addition, you may find yourself reviewing requirements or implementing straightforward technical solutions as needed. Your determination and resourcefulness will ensure that project commitments are met. Furthermore, you will contribute your experience to enhance the TPM practice and tooling at Daedalean, ensuring we get things done efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful and timely project delivery, including financial and technical commitments in ambiguous situations.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects under tight deadlines, including working with external parties such as contractors and suppliers.
• Delivery and certification experience from the aviation industry (PDR, CDR, SOI#1/2/3/4, etc.)
• BSc in a technical discipline.
• Solid understanding of common project management methodologies.
• Fine-tuned interpersonal skills that allow you to synthesize strong opinions into a shared goal.
• Data-driven mindset combined with a hands-on attitude.
