Position: Technical Project Manager SERVICE (m/f)

We invite you to strengthen our team in Switzerland (Baden) with your expertise and experience. As a core member of the service team, you will be the primary source of technical input. Your main responsibility will be to define the maintenance activities required to keep our power plants competitive and reliable throughout the duration of the service contracts. Your extensive knowledge of rotating equipment in combined cycle power plants will also aid in resolving technical issues and supporting tendering activities for service products.

Your Tasks:

  • Define the overall maintenance scope for gas turbines, generators, steam turbines, and their auxiliary systems for all types of inspections, overhauls, and upgrade projects in collaboration with dedicated service teams.
  • Act as the single technical point of contact for customers.
  • Involve and coordinate specialists and engineering resources as necessary.
  • Actively contribute to resolving various fleet and site-specific technical issues.
  • Provide technical support during inspection execution.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all delivered technical documentation.
  • Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance planning and technical support processes.
  • Support the improvement efforts of the Service Engineering and Product Management team and their processes.
  • Contribute to achieving EHS targets.

Your Profile:

  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent education.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, erection, commissioning, or service of Combined Cycle power plants.
  • Knowledge of gas turbine main components and operating principles, preferably GT26 and GT36.
  • Experience in field service of power stations is desirable.
  • Experience in operation and maintenance of power stations is desirable.
  • Proven Project Management skills, including focus, structure, organization, discipline, planning, collaboration, prioritization, and negotiation.
  • Analytical, results-driven, and proactive work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player with intercultural competence.
  • Stress-resistant and willing to travel globally up to 10%.
  • Excellent command of English; additional knowledge of Italian, German, or French would be an asset.
