We are expanding our team and are on the lookout for experienced Technical Program Managers (TPM) who will be instrumental in defining and driving highly complex, cross-functional features. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of successfully developing and launching high-quality products and experiences. Technical Program Manager, XR Tech Responsibilities

• Bootstrap programs in ambiguous areas, managing multiple cross-organizational or cross-company interdependencies.
• Drive collaboration among cross-org and portfolio partners to own and execute several large-scale workstreams to achieve defined goals.
• Understand technology requirements, roadmap, dependencies, and evolution, while developing plans to mitigate risks and deliver essential features across multiple products.
• Demonstrate end-to-end ownership and thought leadership across various organizations, influencing strategic direction and impacting long-term plans.
• Establish expertise in key technology areas, acting as the go-to person for execution, ensuring visibility across the program, and managing integration within your program area.
• Resolve intra-organizational issues and drive solutions for cross-organizational challenges.
• Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables, including architectural diagrams, specifications, launch criteria, and test plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop best practices and development processes in a dynamic environment, driving impact through key initiatives and fostering their adoption.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management.
• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading technology investments across multiple products or product families from innovation to delivery.
• Proven experience in steering execution of complex products and programs amidst ambiguity, effectively balancing business needs and technical requirements.
• Autonomous operation across various teams, showcasing critical thinking and thought leadership.
• Experience in managing complex execution across multiple teams in various time zones, anticipating roadblocks, and crafting paths forward.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to large-scale systems.
• An effective communicator adept at translating high-level goals into actionable plans and vice-versa, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
