On behalf of one of our clients, a renowned watchmaking company, we are seeking a qualified Technical Office Technician (M/F) to join their dynamic team.

Your Future Responsibilities

  • Industrialization & Digitalization: Ensure the rigorous and structured entry of technical data within the PLM. Develop manufacturing processes and optimize workflows to guarantee production efficiency. Actively participate in the operation and scaling of our new ERP and industrialize plans while ensuring the technical compliance of each component.
  • Design & Development: Collaborate with clients to design new products and provide innovative technical solutions. Contribute to Research & Development projects aimed at creating future components.
  • Technical Support: Provide reactive and effective technical assistance to production workshops and propose continuous improvements to streamline manufacturing flows.

Your Profile

You hold a Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent qualification) in Microtechnology or Mechanical Engineering. You have a successful track record with several years of experience in a Technical Office, ideally within the Microtechnology sector. Proficiency in modern management tools (PLM and ERP) and CAD software is essential. You possess a rigorous mindset, sharp analytical skills, and excel in communication with field teams.
