Open Position: Technical Maintenance Coordinator
We invite you to join our Gas Turbine Test Facility team in Birr as a Technical Maintenance Coordinator. In this critical role, you will ensure that maintenance processes are effectively planned, documented, tracked, and administered, serving a vital function within our maintenance organization.
Your Tasks
- Plan and manage maintenance and inspection work orders
- Maintain asset data and preventive maintenance plans in API Pro
- Document completed maintenance and repair activities
- Manage technical documentation such as drawings, manuals, certificates, and inspection records
- Prepare and analyze maintenance KPIs, including plant availability, maintenance backlog, and equipment failures
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Support spare parts management and material procurement
- Assist with projects, plant overhauls, and outage activities
Your Profile
- A technical qualification in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, process engineering, or a related field
- Preferred experience in the maintenance of industrial facilities or power plants
- An understanding of technical operations and industrial processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage technical documentation confidently
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- A high level of service orientation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), such as API Pro, is advantageous
