Technical Key Account Manager (f/m/d)

In this position, you will collaborate closely with our customers, various departments, external partners, and suppliers. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical consulting during the customer's product (pre-)development process.
  • Acquire new orders through technical contacts with customers.
  • Support inquiries and clarify technical specifications with customers.
  • Independently implement projects and coordinate internal & external resources (suppliers) to ensure project success.
  • Clarify technical customer requirements.
  • Channel essential technical information and innovations from the market into the organization.
  • Define objectives for new developments (technologies, materials, etc.).
  • Prepare various reports for customer meetings.
  • Lead weekly interdisciplinary coordination meetings with production planning.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project planning and execution.

Our Requirements

  • Solid foundation through formal training with proven expertise in project management and a profound technical understanding.
  • Strong communication skills and a sensitive approach in dealings with customers and strategic partners.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes within the food and beverage sector.
  • Agile, innovative, analytical mindset, and a systematic work method to develop customized solutions.
  • Assertiveness, a strong team spirit, and exceptional service orientation.
  • Fluency in English and German (both min. C2); proficiency in French is an advantage.
