Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting during the customer's product (pre-)development process
• Acquire new orders through technical interactions with customers
• Assist with inquiries and clarify technical specifications with customers
• Independently implement projects and coordinate internal and external resources (suppliers) to ensure project success
• Clarify technical customer requirements
• Channel essential technical information and innovations from the market into the organization
• Define objectives for new developments (technologies, materials, etc.)
• Prepare various reports for customer meetings
• Lead weekly interdisciplinary coordination meetings with production planning
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project planning and execution

Our Requirements

• Solid foundation through formal training with proven expertise in project management and a profound technical understanding
• Strong communication skills and a sensitive approach to dealing with customers and strategic partners
• Experience in manufacturing processes within the food and beverage sector
• Agile, innovative, analytical mindset, and a systematic work methodology to develop customized solutions
• Assertiveness, a strong team spirit, and exceptional service orientation
• Fluency in English and German (both minimum C2); proficiency in French is an advantage
