Why Could This Be for You?

• Recently graduated from a prestigious European university with an above-average master’s degree in computer science
• Fluent in written and spoken English; ideally proficient in another Swiss national language (e.g., German, French, or Italian)
• Minimum of 1.5 years of full-time experience as a Software Engineer, emphasizing microservices and backend development
• Hands-on experience with Docker, adapting CI/CD pipelines, and working with cloud-based architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), as well as synchronous (e.g., REST) and event-based (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) communication patterns. Additional experience in modern automated software testing is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience specifically in the financial services or fintech sector, with direct client collaboration and a passion for building relationships, understanding business needs, and co-developing technical solutions
• Strong eagerness to learn, with excellent communication skills across various levels (business/non-technical and technical stakeholders)
• Based in Zurich or willing to relocate
