Your Tasks

- Operational management of the catering department in collaboration with the kitchen team.
- Ensuring customer-oriented and professional guest care through active collaboration in gastronomy.
- Management of a team of approximately 10 individuals.
- Creation of work plans.
- Planning, organization, and implementation of events in the field of restoration.
- Responsible for order and material management.
- Availability for weekend and evening services.

Your Profile

  • Vocational training as a restoration specialist, with further training to lead the restoration department.
  • Professional and managerial experience in the gastronomy sector.
  • A well-groomed appearance, good manners, and a high level of understanding for the elderly and the sick.
  • High willingness to provide service and strong independent working methods.
  • Team spirit and flexibility.
