Your Tasks
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Operational management of the catering department in collaboration with the kitchen team.
- Ensuring customer-oriented and professional guest care through active collaboration in gastronomy.
- Managing a team of approximately 10 people.
- Creating work plans for the team.
- Planning, organizing, and implementing events in the catering sector.
- Overseeing order and material management.
- Providing weekend and evening services as needed.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Vocational training as a restoration specialist, along with further training to head the restoration department.
- Professional and managerial experience in the gastronomy field.
- A well-groomed appearance, good manners, and a strong understanding of the needs of the elderly and the sick.
- High willingness to serve and the ability to work independently.
- Strong team spirit and flexibility.
