Your Tasks

As the operational manager of the catering department, you will collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure the highest standards of guest care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operational management of the catering department
  • Ensuring customer-oriented and professional guest care through active collaboration in gastronomy
  • Leading a team of approximately 10 individuals
  • Creating detailed work plans
  • Planning, organizing, and implementing events within the catering sector
  • Overseeing order and material management
  • Working during weekends and evenings as required

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Vocational training as a restoration specialist, with further training aimed at head management in the restoration department
  • Professional and managerial experience in the gastronomy sector
  • A well-groomed appearance, good manners, and a compassionate understanding of the needs of the elderly and sick
  • A strong willingness to provide service and an ability to work independently
  • Team spirit and flexibility

Experience Required
