Currently, we are seeking a team leader for civil engineering, mandated by one of our clients located in the canton of Jura, who is actively involved in civil engineering and construction.
Job Description
- Manage and coordinate your teams effectively.
- Oversee collaboration among various stakeholders.
- Ensure follow-up and the preparation of daily reports.
- Actively participate in civil engineering tasks, serving as a liaison between technical management and workers.
- Guarantee compliance with safety regulations in line with construction standards.
We Expect
- A team leader diploma or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience in managing and executing civil engineering projects in Switzerland.
- Resilience under stress and a commitment to delivering impeccable work quality.
- A valid category B driver's license.
- The ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Residency in Switzerland, ideally in the canton of Jura - Jura Bernois.
