Currently, we are seeking a Civil Engineering Team Leader to join us, mandated by one of our esteemed clients based in the Canton of Jura, who is actively engaged in civil engineering and construction.
Job Description
- Manage and coordinate your teams effectively.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between various stakeholders.
- Ensure thorough follow-up and preparation of daily reports.
- Actively participate in civil engineering work, serving as the link between technical management and workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations in accordance with construction standards.
Requirements
- Possess a team leader diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and executing civil engineering projects in Switzerland.
- Ability to maintain resilience under stress while ensuring impeccable work quality.
- Valid category B driver's license.
- Strong skills in motivating and leading a team.
- Reside in Switzerland, preferably in the Canton of Jura - Jura Bernois.
