Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage the operational activities of our catering department in collaboration with the kitchen team. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at delivering exceptional customer service and overseeing a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational management of the catering department in cooperation with the kitchen team.
- Ensure customer-oriented and professional care for guests through active collaboration in gastronomy.
- Supervise and manage a team of approximately 10 individuals.
- Create efficient work plans and schedules.
- Plan, organize, and implement events within the catering sector.
- Oversee order and material management.
- Availability for weekend and evening services.
Candidate Profile
- Vocational training as a restoration specialist with further training to lead the restoration department.
- Proven professional and managerial experience in gastronomy.
- A well-groomed appearance, excellent manners, and a deep understanding of the needs of the elderly and those in care.
- High willingness to provide services and ability to work independently.
- Strong team spirit and flexibility.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading teams and managing responsibilities.
- Preferred candidates should hold a valid work permit for Switzerland.
