- Operational management of the catering department in cooperation with the kitchen team management.
- Ensuring customer-oriented and professional guest care through active collaboration in gastronomy.
- Management of a team of approximately 10 people.
- Creation of work plans.
- Planning, organization, and implementation of events in the field of restoration.
- Responsible for order and material management.
- Availability for weekend and evening services.
Your Profile
- Vocational training as a restoration specialist, with further training to head the restoration department.
- Professional and managerial experience in the field of gastronomy.
- A well-groomed appearance coupled with good manners and a strong understanding of the needs of the elderly and the sick.
- A high willingness to provide service and the ability to work independently.
- Team spirit and flexibility.
