Your Tasks

  • Operational management of the catering department in cooperation with the kitchen team management.
  • Ensuring customer-oriented and professional guest care through active collaboration in gastronomy.
  • Management of a team of approximately 10 people.
  • Creation of work plans.
  • Planning, organization, and implementation of events in the field of restoration.
  • Responsible for order and material management.
  • Availability for weekend and evening services.

Your Profile

  • Vocational training as a restoration specialist, with further training to head the restoration department.
  • Professional and managerial experience in the field of gastronomy.
  • A well-groomed appearance coupled with good manners and a strong understanding of the needs of the elderly and the sick.
  • A high willingness to provide service and the ability to work independently.
  • Team spirit and flexibility.
