Your Tasks

As the operational manager of the catering department, you will work closely with the kitchen team management to ensure top-notch service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operational management of the catering department in collaboration with kitchen team management.
  • Ensuring customer-oriented and professional guest care through active collaboration in gastronomy.
  • Managing a team of approximately 10 individuals.
  • Creating effective work plans.
  • Planning, organizing, and implementing events within the catering sector.
  • Overseeing order and material management.
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Vocational training as a restoration specialist, with further training to lead a restoration department.
  • Professional and managerial experience in the gastronomy field.
  • A well-groomed appearance, good manners, and a strong understanding of the elderly and the sick.
  • A high willingness to provide exceptional service and an independent work ethic.
  • Team spirit and flexibility.
