Your Tasks
As a key player in our catering department, you will be responsible for:
- Operational management of the catering department in collaboration with the kitchen management team.
- Ensuring customer-oriented and professional guest care through active participation in gastronomy.
- Managing a team of approximately 10 people.
- Creating detailed work plans.
- Planning, organizing, and implementing events in the realm of restoration.
- Overseeing order and material management.
- Managing weekend and evening services.
Your Profile
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Vocational training as a restoration specialist, along with further training to head the restoration department.
- Professional and managerial experience in the field of gastronomy.
- A well-groomed appearance, good manners, and a strong understanding of the needs of the elderly and the sick.
- A high willingness to serve and the ability to work independently.
- A spirit of teamwork and flexibility.
