Your Tasks

As part of our dynamic team, you will engage in the following responsibilities:

  • Operational management of the catering department in collaboration with the kitchen team.
  • Ensure customer-oriented and professional guest care through active participation in gastronomy.
  • Manage a team of approximately 10 individuals.
  • Create work plans and oversee team schedules.
  • Plan, organize, and implement events within the catering field.
  • Handle order and material management efficiently.
  • Be available for weekend and evening services as needed.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

  • Vocational training as a restoration specialist, with further qualifications to lead a restoration department.
  • Professional and managerial experience in the gastronomy field.
  • A well-groomed appearance, excellent manners, and a compassionate demeanor towards the elderly and the sick.
  • A strong service-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Team spirit and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
