Your Tasks
As part of our dynamic team, you will engage in the following responsibilities:
- Operational management of the catering department in collaboration with the kitchen team.
- Ensure customer-oriented and professional guest care through active participation in gastronomy.
- Manage a team of approximately 10 individuals.
- Create work plans and oversee team schedules.
- Plan, organize, and implement events within the catering field.
- Handle order and material management efficiently.
- Be available for weekend and evening services as needed.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
- Vocational training as a restoration specialist, with further qualifications to lead a restoration department.
- Professional and managerial experience in the gastronomy field.
- A well-groomed appearance, excellent manners, and a compassionate demeanor towards the elderly and the sick.
- A strong service-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Team spirit and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
