Your Tasks
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Operational management of the catering department, collaborating closely with the kitchen management team.
- Ensuring customer-oriented and professional guest care through active participation in gastronomy.
- Leading a team of approximately 10 individuals.
- Creating work schedules and planning the organization of events within the catering sector.
- Managing orders and materials effectively.
- Working during weekends and evenings as required.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Vocational training as a restoration specialist, complemented by further education in department leadership.
- Professional and managerial experience in the gastronomy field.
- A polished appearance, excellent manners, and a strong understanding of the needs of the elderly and the sick.
- A high willingness to serve, with a strong ability to work independently.
- Team spirit and flexibility.
