Your Tasks

As the operational manager of our catering department, you will collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing customer-oriented and professional guest care through active involvement in gastronomy.
  • Managing a team of approximately 10 individuals.
  • Creating efficient work plans.
  • Planning, organizing, and implementing events within the restoration sector.
  • Taking charge of order and material management.
  • Availability for weekend and evening services.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Vocational training as a restoration specialist, along with further training to lead the restoration department.
  • Professional and managerial experience in the gastronomy field.
  • A well-groomed appearance, good manners, and a strong empathy for the elderly and the sick.
  • A high willingness to provide service and an independent work ethic.
  • A spirit of teamwork and flexibility.

Experience Requirements
