Your Tasks

- Operational management of the catering department in collaboration with the kitchen team.

- Ensuring customer-oriented and professional guest care through active collaboration in gastronomy.

- Management of a team of approximately 10 individuals.

- Creation of work plans to enhance departmental efficiency.

- Planning, organizing, and executing events within the catering sector.

- Responsible for order and material management.

- Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts.

Your Profile

  • Vocational training as a restoration specialist with additional training to lead a restoration department.
  • Professional and managerial experience in the gastronomy field.
  • A well-groomed appearance, exemplary manners, and a high level of empathy for the elderly and those in need.
  • Strong service orientation and the ability to work independently.
  • Team spirit and flexibility in adapting to various situations.
