Your Tasks

As the Operational Manager of the Catering Department, you will collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of services and optimize guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operational management of the catering department in cooperation with the kitchen team management.
• Ensuring customer-oriented and professional guest care through active collaboration in gastronomy.
• Management of a team of approximately 10 people.
• Creation of work plans to streamline operations.
• Planning, organizing, and implementing events in the catering sector.
• Responsible for order and material management.
• Availability for weekend and evening services.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

• Vocational training as a restoration specialist, with further training to lead the restoration department.
• Professional and managerial experience in the gastronomy field.
• A well-groomed appearance, good manners, and a high level of understanding for the elderly and those with health challenges.
• A strong willingness to provide excellent service and the ability to work independently.
• Team spirit and flexibility.
