We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader for our Nursing Radiation Oncology department at a reputable hospital in Switzerland. In this role, you will oversee the operational and personnel management of the nursing team, ensuring that examination and treatment processes run smoothly.

As the Team Leader, you will work directly in the treatment area, ensuring that your team delivers professional, high-quality care to all patients. Requirements

• Completed training as a qualified nurse (HF, FH, DNII, AKP), with further education in oncology at the postgraduate level, or a willingness to obtain such qualifications.
• Professional experience in acute hospitals and in the field of oncology is essential.
• Strong foresight, networking, and analytical skills.
• Resilience, quality awareness, and organizational talent.
