We are seeking a dedicated leader for our client, a respected care institution in the Canton of Aargau, which specializes in supporting individuals in long-term care, providing temporary stays, and offering specialized housing for people with dementia.

What to Expect

• You will lead and manage the professional and personnel development of the staff.
• You will create a needs-based and adaptable staffing plan.
• You will encourage interdisciplinary collaboration across teams.
• Together with your team, you will oversee the care process for approximately 25 residents.
• You will play a key role in further developing care quality and enhancing the effectiveness of nursing measures.

What You Bring

• A completed nursing professional education at the tertiary level.
• Leadership experience, along with either formal training or a willingness to pursue it.
• Experience with Lean methodologies, Shared Governance, or participative leadership is a plus.
• A genuine passion for nursing and working with people.
• A professional, service-oriented attitude with a solution-focused approach.
• A strong team spirit and a willingness to share knowledge.
