Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the team of masons on site
- Actively participate in masonry work
- Manage the supply of materials and equipment
- Read and interpret plans and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with other stakeholders on the site
We Expect
- Significant experience as a team leader, complemented by strong technical skills in masonry and a willingness to work on-site
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Organized, dynamic, and capable of working under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Holder of a valid driving license
