In a modern retirement and nursing home with a family atmosphere, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 15 employees and work collaboratively for the well-being of 20 residents. You will contribute your professional expertise, lead with heart and clarity, and foster an environment where quality, compassion, and teamwork are at the forefront.

Your Tasks:

  • Assume professional and organizational leadership to ensure high-quality care and nursing.
  • Actively assist in daily caregiving while maintaining respectful and professional interactions with residents.
  • Further develop the quality of care, promote employees, and support learners with enthusiasm and dedication.
  • Oversee the proper implementation of care processes, documentation (easyDok), and performance recording (RAI).
  • Collaborate closely with the deputy team leader and the professional development team (care, wound expertise, palliative care) to actively shape a modern care culture.

Our Expectations of You:

  • You possess a tertiary-level qualification (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS).
  • You bring leadership experience or are willing to undertake a leadership training program.
  • Experience in long-term care is preferred.
  • You interact with residents, relatives, and employees in a respectful, confident, and empathetic manner.
  • You demonstrate organizational talent, flexibility, perseverance, and strong teamwork skills.
  • You are communicative, resilient, and possess the ability to assert yourself.
