Your Future Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of landscapers, ensuring the efficient distribution of tasks on-site.
- Participate in the complete management of projects, from planning through to final acceptance.
- Carry out creation work while also performing essential maintenance tasks, including pruning, mowing, watering, weeding, and treatments.
- Ensure quality follow-up, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with safety instructions.
- Act as the direct contact for clients, maintaining a positive atmosphere and steady work pace within your team.
Your Qualifications
- Several years of verified experience as a team leader in landscaping.
- Proficiency in both maintenance and creation tasks.
- Ability to lead a team independently and effectively.
- Valid driver's license (trailer license is an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent client interaction.
