Your Future Responsibilities
- Manage construction sites from start to finish.
- Interpret plans and lead a team of 4-5 individuals.
- Prepare wooden pieces in the workshop, including layout and cutting.
- Install various elements on job sites in compliance with safety regulations.
- Work on both renovation and new construction projects.
- Prepare reports and manage your team's hours effectively.
Your Profile
- You possess a CFC in Carpentry with several years of experience or a team leader/foreman certification.
- You have the capability to lead a team of 4-5 people.
- A valid driver's license is required (Manitou license is a plus).
- You are proficient in the French language, both spoken and written.
- You are motivated to grow within a serious and dynamic company.
