Join Our Engineering Team as an EI&C Team Lead (m/f/d)
To strengthen our Engineering team, we are seeking a committed and experienced leader to join us as an EI&C Team Lead (m/f/d). In this pivotal role, you will contribute your technical expertise, collaborative spirit, and passion for innovation to ensure the reliability, optimization, and continuous development of our electrical, measurement, and control systems in a GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the assigned EI&C maintenance teams, focusing on both technical and personnel management.
- Ensure timely daily response to maintenance needs.
- Oversee the economical, technical, and timely execution and qualification of the assigned EMR work for maintenance, servicing, conversions, and flat-rate loans.
- Share responsibility for operational management, safety, availability, optimization, quality, budgeting, and reporting of the assigned systems.
- Ensure compliance with technical guidelines and legal requirements (e.g., GMP, ATEX, SVTI, Machinery Directive, internal SOPs).
- Prepare, present, and defend EI&C requests during inspections and audits while respecting the interests of Lonza AG.
Key Requirements
- Equivalent experience in Electrical or System Engineering or a related field, supported by a University Degree or vocational education (e.g., EFZ, FH, HF, BSc).
- Strong knowledge of Emerson DeltaV, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment.
- Excellent team orientation and collaboration skills.
