We invite you to strengthen our team in Switzerland (Baden) by bringing your expertise and experience to the role of Team Lead GT Control System Engineering & Execution.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Act as the line manager and technical lead for the GT control system engineering and execution team.
- Develop and engineer GT control system hardware.
- Specify GT monitoring systems and field instruments, and design I&C field loops.
- Integrate and document GT protection requirements and safety instrumented systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Configure and execute the GT control system scope within the framework of GT customer projects according to contractual requirements.
- Interface and coordinate with project management.
- Support erection and commissioning activities from both back office and customer sites.
- Define and optimize technical guidelines and engineering & execution processes.
Your Profile
- Advanced degree in electrical/automation engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of professional experience in design and project execution of automation systems within power or process plant engineering.
- Familiarity with design directives and codes & standards related to automation, instrumentation, controls, and functional safety.
- Strong commitment to delivering solutions and results that meet quality, time, and cost targets.
- 2+ years of experience in a line management role, demonstrating proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Very good command of English; knowledge of German and Italian is an advantage.
