Strengthen our team in Switzerland (Baden) with your expertise and experience.
Your Main Responsibilities
Act as the line manager and technical lead of the GT control system engineering and execution team.
Develop and engineer the GT control system hardware.
Specify GT monitoring systems and field instruments, and design I&C field loops.
Integrate and document GT protection requirements and safety instrumented systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Configure and execute the GT control system scope within GT customer projects according to contractual requirements.
Interface and coordinate with project management.
Support erection and commissioning activities from back office and on customer sites.
Define and optimize technical guidelines, as well as engineering and execution processes.
Your Profile
Advanced degree in electrical/automation engineering or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in the design and project execution of automation systems within the power or process plant engineering sectors.
Familiarity with design directives, codes, and standards in automation, instrumentation, controls, and functional safety.
A strong commitment to delivering solutions and results that align with quality, time, and cost targets.
2+ years of experience in a line management role, demonstrating proven leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent command of English; proficiency in German is an advantage, and knowledge of Italian is an asset.
