Your Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the line manager and technical lead of the GT control system engineering and execution team.
  • Develop and engineer the GT control system hardware.
  • Specify GT monitoring systems and field instruments, and design I&C field loops.
  • Integrate and document GT protection requirements and safety instrumented systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Configure and execute the GT control system scope within GT customer projects according to contractual requirements.
  • Interface and coordinate with project management.
  • Support erection and commissioning activities from back office and on customer sites.
  • Define and optimize technical guidelines, as well as engineering and execution processes.

Your Profile

  • Advanced degree in electrical/automation engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the design and project execution of automation systems within the power or process plant engineering sectors.
  • Familiarity with design directives, codes, and standards in automation, instrumentation, controls, and functional safety.
  • A strong commitment to delivering solutions and results that align with quality, time, and cost targets.
  • 2+ years of experience in a line management role, demonstrating proven leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in German is an advantage, and knowledge of Italian is an asset.
