Position: Team Assistant - Engine Operations (50%)

As a Team Assistant in Engine Operations, you will:

  • Provide full-spectrum administrative support and organization for the shop floor employees from Mainline and New Engines.
  • Handle various administrative processes.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Act as the point of contact for shop floor employees.
  • Assist shop floor employees and newcomers in organizing monthly fitting days for working uniforms, managing wardrobe logistics, and ordering office materials.
  • Ensure confidentiality in all matters related to the role.

Your Profile

  • A commercial or secretarial education with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently under pressure.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong interpersonal and intercultural competence.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and diplomacy at all levels.
  • Solid communication skills in German and English (B1+); additional languages are a plus.
