- Commit to your own professional development and continually seek opportunities for growth.
- Mentor a small group of learners, monitoring their achievements and well-being.

- Complete relevant subject-related administration and participate in departmental meetings.

Person Specification
- Possess a good honours degree and/or a further degree in a directly-related subject.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Exude passion for the subject, inspiring enthusiasm in students.
- Embrace developments and innovations in teaching and learning; willing to explore new practices.
- Willing to supervise learners completing the MYP Personal Project or the DP Extended Essay.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills with English as a mother tongue.
