OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Beau Soleil, we believe that actions define us. This philosophy guides our staff and our students alike. We are a community that values engagement, participation, and impactful action, both inside and outside the classroom.

Our unique holistic education centers around four core values: Respect, Responsibility, Ambition, and Determination. These values foster a strong sense of community among our international student body, which comes from over fifty different countries, each bringing diverse academic backgrounds and a range of future aspirations.

With curricular programs available in both English and French, students graduate with either an IB or Advanced Studies Diploma. Our small class sizes promote a flexible learning environment, allowing staff to explore innovative teaching practices and inspire students.

OUR COMMUNITY

Located in the heart of Villars-sur-Ollon, Beau Soleil offers an enviable lifestyle with easy access to skiing in winter and a variety of outdoor and sporting activities year-round. Cultural adventures await in nearby Montreux, Lausanne, and Geneva.

The Beau Soleil campus is an inspiring place to work, equipped with exceptional facilities. Our continuous campus development and maintenance programs ensure that both students and staff thrive in a nurturing environment.

YOUR PROFILE

At Beau Soleil, art transcends the classroom—it is a remarkable avenue for expression, exploration, and discovery. Our students master techniques and push creative boundaries, cultivating confidence and originality along the way.

As a Teacher of Art, you will be immersed in a vibrant, creative community dedicated to nurturing artistic talent and personal growth. Your enthusiasm for working with students from diverse backgrounds will be evident in your engaging lessons. Whether you are introducing foundational skills in the Middle Years Programme (MYP) or guiding independent artistic inquiry at the IB Diploma (IBDP) level, your role will inspire young artists to innovate and express their unique perspectives.

This role is ideal for a forward-thinking, passionate educator who thrives on collaboration and inspiring young minds. You will set high expectations, share ideas, and embrace innovative methods to engage students in artistic exploration. With experience in the IBDP and a teaching qualification, you will be confident in integrating technology, leading interdisciplinary projects, and fostering a culture of creativity.

At Beau Soleil, the learning experience extends beyond the studio—from gallery visits and artist workshops to large-scale creative projects and outdoor challenges like summiting peaks over 4,000 meters. Join us in empowering the next generation of artists to leave their mark on the world.
