From day one, you will take ownership of your clients and support them in realizing their projects, gain firsthand experience, and participate in meetings to ensure smooth project execution.

The M&A Tax Team advises both local and international corporate clients, along with prominent private equity firms, on cross-border transactions, real estate deals, tax structuring, M&A activities, and restructuring projects from a global tax perspective.

Our interdisciplinary approach provides you with diverse insights through close collaboration with our Transaction Services teams and various international Deloitte member firms. This will empower you to shape and advance your career effectively.

• Engage directly with clients on M&A deals from day one, taking responsibility for cross-divisional projects and communication across various industries.
• Leverage your strengths alongside our team to advise clients on complex tax matters during M&A transactions and coordinate multiple workstreams to deliver comprehensive, value-added outcomes.

Who We Are Looking For

• A positive and solution-oriented attitude along with the willingness to take on responsibility in various M&A transactions for diverse clients.
• A flair for numbers and taxes, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and prioritize workloads while expanding your knowledge.
• An interest in operating at the intersection of business administration and law.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences in law, business administration, or a related field, ideally with tax knowledge.
• Confident communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
