About Our Work

As a Manager in our expanding business tax team, you will provide international tax advisory and compliance services to our esteemed clients. You will engage in global projects and collaborate with your team to offer international organizations premier services in global tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax advisory. Your expertise will empower our clients to adeptly navigate the evolving Swiss and international tax landscape.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead tax accounting teams.
• Conduct tax reviews for current and deferred taxes under IFRS, US-GAAP, Swiss GAAP FER, and Swiss statutory GAAP for our international and national clients.
• Coordinate and supervise international teams during tax audits, oversight in group audit primary teams.
• Coordinate and oversee Swiss input on Global Tax Accounting Group referred to in work for relationship clients.
• Advise our clients on enhancing their operating strategy and organizing tax functions, tax processes, and tax risk management.
• Collaborate with your team to develop “best practice solutions” and assist clients in crafting, analyzing, and implementing effective processes to tackle the challenges posed by BEPS 2.0 / Pillar 2 (“GloBE”).
• Focus on delivering quantitative solutions in response to international tax reform.
• Support clients and our teams in transitioning into the digital age, staying attuned with innovations in tax accounting, and contribute to developing our practice in tax accounting and multi-country tax provisioning projects.

Our Desired Profile

• You possess a professional accounting accreditation (CPA).
• You have a robust understanding of ASC740, along with knowledge of international tax reporting and compliance regulations, including expertise in quantitative analysis and tax modeling.
• You are experienced as a tax specialist in auditing financial statements.
• Ideally, you have familiarity with ONESOURCE Tax Provision (OTP) or similar provision software.
• You communicate fluently in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus but not mandatory.
