Key Responsibilities
- Specialize in preparing a variety of tandoori dishes.
- Prepare sauces and curry dishes to complement the menu.
- Utilize the Tandoor (Indian style clay oven) for baking breads and cooking meats.
- Plan and oversee food preparation and cooking activities.
- Focus on garnishing and presentation of food using innovative cooking techniques.
- Design menus, ensure food quality, and maintain portion control.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Tandoori and BBQ specialty equipment.
- Develop new menu options based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Assist in the preparation and planning of meal designs.
- Recruit and train new kitchen staff to meet the restaurant's high standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a well-reputed restaurant or hotel.
- Qualified candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
- A commitment to working for a minimum of two years at our restaurant locations in Switzerland is expected.
