What You Will Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top engineering and life sciences professionals to support our clients' projects across Switzerland.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Partner closely with Business Managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify highly qualified engineering and technical professionals.
  • Conduct candidate interviews to assess technical skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Sourcing & Market Intelligence

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct search.
  • Identify passive candidates and approach them with tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Map the Swiss engineering and life sciences market to identify key talent pools.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Monitor recruitment trends and continuously improve sourcing techniques.

Business Partnership

  • Work closely with Business Managers to define recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and market insights.
  • Support business growth by delivering qualified candidates within tight deadlines.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
  • Previous experience recruiting engineering, life sciences, industrial, or technical profiles is a strong advantage.
  • Strong sourcing skills, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; French and/or German is a strong asset.
