Gavel Atelier specializes in bespoke tailoring for men’s and women’s clothing, figure adjustment, and complex repairs. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled seamstress to join our dynamic team. Our atelier boasts excellent transport connections, a bright workspace with large windows overlooking a serene inner park, and high-quality equipment. We are committed to modernizing our work area to meet the evolving needs of our skilled professionals. Our working hours are flexible, and we support the continuous development of skills and the integration of new work technologies.

Qualification Requirements:

• Proven experience in manual sewing and operating various classes of sewing machines.
• Expertise in handling delicate fabrics and materials with precision.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to achieving perfection in every garment.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong willingness to work quickly, accurately, and with a commitment to high-quality standards.
• A readiness to begin with an hourly contract that may transition to a permanent position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in bespoke tailoring, repair, and restoration of garments.
• Proficiency in Switzerland's official languages as well as English, Ukrainian, and/or Russian.
• Background in tailoring men’s jackets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to perform minor repairs on sewing equipment.
• Understanding of garment design and construction.
