Highly Qualified Seamstress Wanted for a Designer Atelier in the Heart of Zurich

Gavel Atelier specializes in bespoke tailoring for both men's and women's clothing, offering figure adjustments and complex repairs. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled seamstress to join our talented team. Our atelier boasts excellent transport connections, a bright workspace with large windows overlooking a tranquil inner park, and top-quality equipment. We are committed to modernizing our work area to meet the needs of our skilled artisans and offer flexible working hours. Qualification Requirements:

• Proven experience in manual sewing and proficiency in operating various classes of sewing machines.
• Expertise in working with delicate fabrics and materials.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to perfection in every garment produced.

Additional Requirements:

• A willingness to work quickly, accurately, and with a focus on high quality.
• Openness to start with an hourly contract that may transition to a permanent arrangement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in bespoke tailoring, along with repair and restoration of clothing.
• Proficiency in the official languages of Switzerland, as well as English, Ukrainian, and/or Russian.
• Experience in tailoring men’s jackets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to perform minor repairs on sewing equipment.
• A solid understanding of garment design and construction.
