Position Overview

The IT & Operations Manager will oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, cloud-based systems, and operational processes. This role includes supporting the development and management of data-driven and AI-assisted systems utilized in food delivery and operational optimization.

The position necessitates a hands-on, on-site presence, requiring close coordination with management, kitchen teams, delivery partners, and external technology providers.

Key Responsibilities

• IT, Cloud & Systems Management
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and cloud-based operational systems.
  • Ensure stability, security, and performance of digital platforms and internal tools.
  • Coordinate system integrations with food delivery platforms and dispatching systems.
  • Support system scalability and operational reliability.
• AI & Data-Driven Systems
  • Support the development, deployment, and management of AI-assisted systems used in operations.
  • Work with data related to order flow, dispatching, routing, delivery times, and demand patterns.
  • Assist in optimizing delivery routing, order assignment, and dispatch logic.
  • Collaborate with internal or external specialists on machine learning-based forecasting and optimization tools.
  • Ensure AI systems are operationally usable, monitored, and continuously improved.
• Operations Management (Technical & Kitchen)
  • Oversee and support technical and kitchen-related operational workflows.
  • Ensure alignment between digital systems and real-world kitchen execution.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
  • Support onboarding and training related to systems and operational tools.
• Digital Marketing & Platform Support
  • Support technical aspects of digital marketing campaigns on delivery platforms.
  • Coordinate promotions, menus, and pricing logic with operational capacity.
  • Ensure consistency between marketing actions and system readiness.
• Documentation & Communication
  • Maintain technical and operational documentation.
  • Translate technical and AI-related concepts into clear operational guidelines.
  • Support training and knowledge transfer across teams.

Candidate Profile

Educational Requirements

Completed vocational training, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas or a comparable field:

• Information Technology / Computer Science
• Engineering
• Business Information Systems
• Data Science / Artificial Intelligence
• Business Administration with a strong technical focus

Practical experience with digital systems and data-driven tools may be considered equivalent.

Professional Experience

• Experience in IT management, cloud systems, or digital operations.
• Experience in operations management, preferably within food delivery, hospitality, or logistics environments.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts applied to real-world systems.
• Familiarity with dispatching systems, routing logic, demand forecasting, or optimization workflows is advantageous.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms or delivery marketplaces is beneficial.
