At CorFlow, we aspire to lead the way in diagnostic and therapeutic solutions aimed at restoring healthy microvascular blood flow throughout the human body, addressing critical needs wherever they arise. We are developing a medical device designed to assess Microvascular Obstructions (MVO) in real time during PCI procedures, serving as a treatment platform while patients remain in the cath lab. Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our enthusiastic and dynamic team in Bern. The role supports organization-wide IT-related requests and drives various automation tasks. We seek candidates with hands-on familiarity with IT tools and system maintenance in a regulated environment, along with experience in scripting or coding. This opportunity offers significant growth potential, with a clear pathway for expanded responsibilities and career development in the upcoming months and years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle internal IT/Microsoft 365/SharePoint inquiries and act as the liaison with external IT providers.
  • Maintain and update the company homepage (WordPress).
  • Develop scripts and deploy tools to enhance automation across departments (bonus: apply and explore AI tools).
  • Manage version control and code repositories.
  • Maintain cloud infrastructure with assistance from the IT provider (Azure subscriptions).
  • Train staff and compile instructional materials on the use of IT infrastructure and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Support the development and implementation of IT strategies aligned with management goals.
  • Develop IT policies, procedures, and technical guidance for the organization.
  • Monitor system security, data backup, and disaster recovery planning with external IT providers.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Oversee IT expenditures and review invoices.

Desired Qualifications

  • General IT support and troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong scripting/coding skills (e.g., Python) and a solid understanding of Git/version control and databases (e.g., SQL).
  • Knowledge of web maintenance (WordPress; familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS is a plus).
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Office 365, and CoPilot.
  • Ability to automate workflows (e.g., documentation processing, data migration).
  • Strong communication skills for cross-departmental support and training material development.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a regulated environment with quality management systems and in compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM/Agent tools and their practical applications in business processes.
  • Understanding of basic statistics.
  • An engineering mindset.
