About the Company

ANAVIA specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) systems with capacities of up to 500 kilograms. We offer industry-leading unmanned helicopter systems tailored for various mission profiles, including Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Inspection, Mapping, and Cargo.

Position Overview

As a System Engineer, you will play a critical role in defining, analyzing, and managing the system requirements for our unmanned helicopter projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all requirements align with project objectives and regulatory standards, driving the successful development of our systems.

Your Main Tasks

  • Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and clearly define system requirements for unmanned helicopter systems.
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure they meet project goals and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Requirements Management: Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to track changes and ensure compliance throughout the system lifecycle.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, including design, software, and testing, to communicate requirements effectively and ensure successful implementation.
  • Verification and Validation: Develop and execute plans to verify and validate that system requirements are fulfilled through comprehensive testing and analysis.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in requirements engineering, applying best practices to enhance processes and workflows.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the aerospace or UAV industry; familiarity with flight data analysis is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent technical understanding, and experience in data analysis.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills paired with high social skills.
