About the Role

You will bridge the gap between complex technical incidents and user satisfaction within a small, expert team. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting and evolving the Microsoft Cloud workplace infrastructure to ensure high system availability.

As a System Engineer, you will manage Level 3 support incidents, automate infrastructure maintenance, and empower users through training and improved service standards.

Work Tasks

  • Handle complex incidents escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support.
  • Perform root cause analysis using logs and crash dump data.
  • Deploy automated patches and maintain device security compliance.
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Draft technical procedures and share knowledge with support teams.
  • Create training materials such as tip sheets and short recordings.
  • Deliver training sessions to employees on productivity tools.

We Are Looking For

  • Student OR Graduated of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
  • Good knowledge of the ITIL framework.
  • Basic knowledge of modern workplace technologies like Entra ID, Autopilot, and Intune.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and basic knowledge of endpoint security solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1).
  • Clean criminal record.
  • Responsible, goal-oriented, stress tolerant, and social.

It Is Meritorious If You Have

  • Good knowledge of French and/or German.
  • Developed your own scripts in PowerShell for automation.
  • Basic knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
