About the Company
ANAVIA specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) systems capable of carrying up to 500 kilograms. Our company offers industry-leading unmanned helicopter systems tailored for various mission profiles, including surveillance and reconnaissance, inspection, mapping, and cargo transport.
Position Overview: System Engineer
As a System Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in defining, analyzing, and managing system requirements for our unmanned helicopter projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all requirements align with project objectives and regulatory standards, driving the successful development of our innovative systems.
Your Main Tasks
- Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and clearly define system requirements for unmanned helicopter systems.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure they meet project goals and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Requirements Management: Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to track changes and ensure compliance throughout the system lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, including design, software, and testing, to communicate requirements and ensure effective implementation.
- Verification and Validation: Develop and execute verification and validation plans to confirm that system requirements are fulfilled through testing and analysis.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in requirements engineering, applying best practices to enhance processes and workflows.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the aerospace or UAV industry; familiarity with flight data analysis is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong analytical and technical understanding, coupled with effective communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: High social skills to facilitate collaboration and teamwork.
