Job Opportunity: IT System Engineer
We are excited to expand our team at Langenthal Hospital and are seeking a dedicated IT System Engineer with a focus on infrastructure. This is a full-time position (80-100%) available immediately or by mutual agreement.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will engage in a responsible and future-oriented position that includes the following:
- Operation and expansion of the client infrastructure
- Support and further development of the virtual VMware Horizon infrastructure
- Ensuring the basic Microsoft services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
- Software packaging with SCCM
- Operation and further development of our mobile devices with MDM Airwatch
- Implementation and participation in IT projects
- Provide 2nd level support and on-call IT support
- Independent reporting of work hours and completed tasks in Service Now
- Acquiring new knowledge independently and adapting to new areas
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
- Certification in the Microsoft and VMware environment is an advantage
- Experience as a Client Engineer on Windows 10/11
- Experience with SCCM software packaging
- Passion for automation
- Experience with MDM using Airwatch is a plus
- A strong sense of quality and responsibility, along with the ability to work independently and proactively in a team
- High reliability and flexibility
